– It is the first time Mazars participates in the survey and, therefore, it is particularly gratifying that we immediately took second place and that we are at the top when it comes to the most satisfied customers in the industry, says Marianne Sanden Ljungberg, CEO of Mazars in Sweden.
Mazars got 78.1 points out of 100, only beaten by BDO.
– In order to achieve that result, it requires a good collaboration throughout the organization. Our employees are doing a fantastic job and everyone, regardless of their roles in the company, have contributed to the result by always having the customer in focus.
Medium-sized firms are the winners
The results clearly show that customers prefer the medium-sized firms. Both Mazars and BDO got better points than Sweden's four largest audit firms.
- We are large enough to be able to offer our customers all kinds of services in the industry, while being small enough to really engage us in all our customers and their success, Marianne Sandén Ljungberg says.
