You grow quickly at Mazars
We are aware that your initial period with us is important to your job satisfaction and career development. You will have a personal career-development plan which includes training provided within the framework of fixed training steps, and the changes and variations that you may require in assignments and new areas of accountancy and advisory services.
You will begin by working with a wide variety of customers from diverse industries and you will rapidly gain a high level of autonomy, increase your responsibilities and interact with customers at an early stage. You will work both as a sole accountant and as a member of larger teams of accountants.
Your responsibilities will quickly increase, in terms of both assignments and your participation in various group project concerned with the development of Mazars SET. As support for your career advancement, you will receive feedback from your sponsor or the accountant in charge of following each assignment. You will be assessed thoroughly every year by your primary assignment provider and this will form the basis of your career-development plan as well as your annual salary review. We will always provide you with an early opportunity to make a difference to your results.
